Alan Weiss is driven to achieve great things.

A recognised name and consistently outstanding performer in the Sydney real estate market since 1986, he received his real estate licence, with distinction, at the age of 24. He was immediately recruited by Andrew Gibbons Real Estate, Double Bay, one of Sydney’s leading real estate agencies at the time, and accumulated more than $10 million in sales in the first three months of his career.

Alan has thrived in every facet of the property industry and gained a diverse set of skill in sales, including residential, commercial, retirement villages, site acquisition and project marketing. He also made headway in the construction industry when he worked as a marketing executive for Southern Cross Construction, and was responsible for reversing some of the negative stigma that had evolved in the building industry.

Working his way up the ladder, Alan became a principal at Century 21 and a sales manager at LJ Hooker in the Eastern Suburbs, where he was able to restructure each business to become a winner within its franchise group. Creativity and a keen desire to win have enabled him to average an impressive 60 auctions per year and successfully negotiate 253 sales in four years. Now, he is one of the three principals at ESPG.

Renowned for his positive energy and ‘can do’ attitude, Paul Biller is the youngest of the three principals at ESPG. Born and raised in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, Paul is a Justice of the Peace and holds a Diploma of Business and Real Estate Management. He regularly participates in important industry training so that he can keep his knowledge fresh and continue to deliver outstanding results for his clients.

Since he began his career, Paul has been involved in all facets of the property industry, including property management, business development, project sales and marketing. Paul says that his time spent selling in the highly competitive Eastern Suburbs area has been the most rewarding. “Becoming a principal at ESPG I have achieved a long standing goal of mine, and this has definitely been a career highlight.”
